The months before your wedding could be a mass of last minute detailed planning, running around like you're in an Olympic competition and generally wondering why you haven't gone away to get married! Feel familiar?
In the midst of this madness many brides forget to look after themselves properly - they may be trying to lose weight but this doesn't mean they are eating a healthy diet.
This may not be you. You may have the healthiest diet going, which is great, but this may not stop the anxious tightness that may approach you on your wedding day.
Now, you're bound to feel a little nervous (or a lot nervous!) that may lead to you feeling very queasy. You may not want to eat anything, but the best thing you can do is eat!
We're going to go through a few tips and hints that will hopefully have you feeling refreshed, vibrant and ready for your wedding day!
* If you're not sure about your diet at the moment, and think you could be eating healthier, check out this article: Healthy Eating: Easy Tips
* Exercise - If you'd like to increase your exercise, check out the NHS Health & Fitness advice
Okay, so that's the basics out the way.
Having a healthy lifestyle is more likely to eliminate any sickness or ill health from your wedding day.

* Don't drink too much the night before your wedding. You may want to enjoy a few drinks with family, friends and your bridesmaids, but remember your limit. You don't want to be hungover!
* A good night's sleep the night before will definitely help you feel brighter on your special day. If you are having trouble sleeping, speak to a pharmacist, there's over-the-counter medication that can help. However, it is advisable to try them a few weeks before your wedding, as some can make you very drowsy the following day. You don't want to feel hungover on your wedding day without the pleasure of an alcoholic drink!
* Eat! Make sure you have a nicely filled stomach before you go to sleep, and most importantly make sure you eat on the morning. You may feel like the last thing you want to do is eat, but a slice of toast or a small bowl of cereal will not only help with any queasiness, it will release some energy allowing you to function more effectively.
* If you can, before you get ready, go for a walk. A small 10/15 minute walk. This might sound like the last thing you want to do, but that fresh air will get you breezing through your day. Clear out those thoughts, and get excited for the day ahead.
* Drink water. You may be enjoying a few glasses of bucksfizz or champagne on the morning of your wedding, but ensure you drink plenty of water. Water will keep you hydrated, eliminating sickness and headaches.
Hopefully the above tips will help, just remember this day is suppose to be fun, so don't let those nerves get the better of you!
