M is for ... Mass Weddings
9:25:00 amThere are plenty of brides and grooms out there who would like the biggest wedding ever. We all know or have heard of a couple that has gone all out to ensure their wedding is huge, but believe us, you haven't seen anything like what we're about to show you.
On March 5th around 3800 couples from more than 50 countries and the Unification Church took part in a mass wedding that was held in South Korea where they were also joined by a further 12,000 over the internet.
If that doesn't shock you then wait for it ... some of the couples had only met four days earlier!!!
Can you believe these weddings have been around since the 1960's? Us Neither!
