Yoga is fantastic for brides (and grooms!)
Getting married can be one of the most stressful times of your life. Exciting ... but stressful!
Yoga is a fantastic way to destress, it is not only good for physical well-being but mental too.
Here's a few reasons why you should both start stretching into a 'mountain pose' or the 'downward facing dog'!
* It can help you lose weight and tone up, improves muscle tone and flexibility.
Isn't this on many bridal couples minds??? Yoga helps to workout all of the body rather than just a particular part. Hence the reason your body tones, your core strengthens and your muscles stretch slowly and safely.
* Lowers stress levels
So you've booked your wedding ... exciting times ... or so you thought. Many brides under-estimate

* It doesn't cost the earth - in fact it doesn't have to cost anything
You can attend a specialised yoga class, buy a DVD or download a video (there are plenty of free videos on the internet) to show you which are the best yoga movements. You can even download movements from the internet and do these in your own time. Anywhere ... anytime.
* Variety and Challenging
There are that many yoga movements and levels, you can vary your exercise every day. Once you feel you've achieved a certain level, you can push yourself to the next level to increase your fitness levels.
* Improves Posture
Due to the certain movements in yoga, as you tone muscles, strength your core and become more flexible you will inevitable help your posture. A nice straight back to walk down the aisle, no more slouching of shoulders, show your guests your elegant new pose.
* Not much risk of getting injured
If you've ever worked out in a gym, participated in a aerobics class or played a competitive sport, you'll understand how easy it is to get an injury. It is so easy to pull a muscle or worse! However, yoga works with the mind and body together so injuries are less, as the movements are more controlled and powerful within.
Any exercise that can increase flexibility, chill you out and bring so much peace and warmth inside and out ... just what you need before your wedding :-)
