After last week with our O for Oatcakes, we seemed to have become obsessed with looking for unusual starters, desserts and canapes.

So this week we thought we'd share with you some ideas we found when it comes to pancakes. They can be used in exactly the same way as oatcakes or other biscuits. But even better they are an excellent alternative to having a wedding cake!
